Travel & Additional Costs

Travel to your preparation venue is included within all bridal packages, covering up to 30 miles round trip from my location.

For locations beyond the included distance, travel will be charged at £0.60 per additional mile.

All bookings are based on services being provided at one location. Should a venue change be required during the booking, a £40.00 relocation fee will apply to cover the time and logistics involved in packing, transporting, and resetting my kit, plus any additional mileage incurred.

Where applicable, any travel-related expenses such as parking fees, tolls, congestion charges, or venue access charges will be added to your final balance. Complimentary parking at the venue is greatly appreciated; however, where this is not available, parking costs will be chargeable.

For weddings that require an exceptionally early start time, extensive travel, or where travel arrangements make a same-day return impractical, overnight accommodation may be required. Any accommodation costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance and added to your final balance.
